To invest in leaders, provide resources, and create partnerships for churches and non-profit organizations throughout the United States.

Core Values 

We value transformational leadership. As individual leaders experience personal transformation, they enjoy sustainable leadership and become catalysts for the transformation of the organizations they lead, and consequently for the wider community of which they are a part.

We value serving leadership. Serving leadership is characterized by authentic humility and supportive guidance that always places others first. It is an attitude and a lifestyle.

We value bridge-building across public and private sectors; across economic, social, cultural, ethnic separations; across denominations and faith-traditions. God has created diversity in this world and calls people to shalom and unity. We value the synergy that is achieved when various parts of the community collaborate around shared vision and common cause.

We value the organic, dynamic, living church as the Body of Christ. The Body of Christ is God’s redemptive community in the world. We understand Christianity to be a movement of Christ’s Body, fueled by the Holy Spirit, accomplishing God's mission in the world.
