Team Philosophy

We believe:

As leaders gain emotional intelligence and grow spiritually, they are better able to live into their biblical commission to be equippers and developers of God's people (Ephesians 4:12), and as a result the whole Body of Christ is able to live missionally, participating in God's movement to redeem and transform the world.
