Transformational Leadership Connection

Transformational Leadership Connection (TLC) is a Leadership Consortium, a nationwide network of collaborative partnerships focused on equipping leaders and mobilizing the Body of Christ for service in the world. Organic by nature, we are part of a grassroots movement of leaders and communities desiring to be catalysts for healthy leadership, well-equipped organizations, and transformed communities.

We are also a resource hub providing publications, multi-media resources, training, facilitation, consulting, coaching, mentoring; and learning community opportunities for leaders, churches, and non-profit organizations. Our influence extends from the Ohio/Kentucky region across the United States.
